Local Customers

Delivery is FREE to Business Customers within a 30 mile radius.
This area extends to King Lynn, Bury St. Edmunds, Haverhill, Bedford and Spalding. Other major centres included are Cambridge, Peterborough, Huntingdon and St. Neots.

Website Orders

Delivery charges are based on the cost of using standard post: First Class Letter for under 1kg, Parcel Post (3-5 working days) for over 1 kg, within the UK.

For non-UK orders, please use the Send Requirements form.

A delivery charge is added to your order as a percentage of order value.
The percentage decreases as order value increases:

Email Orders

For other UK orders, we simply pass on the cost of the cheapest postage: letter post below 1 kg, parcel post above 1 kg. Postage rates can be found on the Royal Mail website. Please contact us if you have a need for more urgent delivery, or non-UK delivery.

To help you estimate postage, approximate weights of typical items are:

• 1 Cap = 75 g
• 1 Teddy Bear = 200g
• 1 Polo Shirt = 300 g
• 1 Sweatshirt = 500 g
• 1 Fleece = 750 g

Actual weights depend on the design and fabric of specific lines;
packaging weight needs to be added--typically 50g for a mailer bag.

Notification

We will send you an email (or telephone you) when your order has been dispatched. You then need to allow a few days for postal delivery.
