Returns

We will accept returned items, and refund or replace as you choose, if:

• we have erroneously produced an item that does not match your explicitly stated requirements, either as regards the garment or the embroidery,
  or
• we have failed to meet any specific delivery instructions.

However, because items are customized to your specific requirements, they can not be ‘returned to stock’. So we can not accept returns where:

• the size of garment that you specified does not actually fit you,
  or
• the colour of garment or lettering you specified does not exactly match your expectations.

As regards sizing, the golden rule is not to under-size, particularly for casual style garments which are not intended to be close-fitting.

As regards colour, it is not possible to produce electronic images that reproduce garment colour with complete accuracy. If precise colour matching is required, then sending us a physical fabric/thread sample is the only solution: please feel free to do this.
